According to research around 72% of people all around the world wear shoes that are either a size big or a size small for them. Many times this practice leads to foot pains, disorders, and blisters. We all know how important are, our shoes for us for the run we all are in. Perfect fitted shoes not only make our steps more efficient effortlessly but also gives us the much-needed confidence. Follow our simple steps to find out the correct measurements of your feet.
Step 1
Start with putting on a pair of socks that you will be wearing with the shoe. This will ensure that the shoe will fit you perfectly even with your socks on.

Step 2
Take a piece of paper slightly bigger than your feet. Place it on a hard surface in a way that the paper doesn’t slip while measuring.

Step 3
Place your feet on the paper ensuring that your feet are firmly planted on the ground. You can either sit on a chair or stand with your knees slightly bent.

Step 4
Take a pen or pencil and pointed straight down trace the outline of your foot on the paper. Make sure to trace your foot correctly without leaving any gaps. You can take help from someone for this.

Step 5
Perform the same steps with your other foot. The measurements of your foot might have a slight difference.

Step 6
Find out the tip of your big toe and the outmost point of your heel. Now measure the distance between these points using a ruler or a measuring tape to find out the length of your feet.
Step 7
Now to measure the width of your feet mark the widest points of your forefoot. Measure the distance between these points using a ruler or tape. This will be your foot width.
Step 8
Compare your foot sizes and pick the measurement of your larger foot. Measure your feet at the end of the day for a more accurate measurement as your feet are largest at the end of the day.
