Exchange and Refund Policy

The delivery timeline for products in stock is 5-7 working days and in case item is out of stock, we will require 15 working days to restock and deliver the products.

We offer free exchange and return on all items.

Returns

We accept domestic returns of unused products within 7 days of shipment of your order. Please note that:

• Monogrammed items cannot be returned, or exchanged. To start a return, please mail us at sales@hatsoffaccessories.com or call us on +919899237002

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Returns of worn or damaged product may be sent back to the customer.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded based on your selection:

• You may receive a full refund amount in Hats Off Accessories credit and Hats Off Accessories will cover the return shipping. This credit will never expire. Refund is processed only if there is a manufacturing defect and it can take upto 10-14 working days to process same. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
